How does Renlevo set its price?
We track the best price on the market and add +15% for mint condition. Your price shows up live and stays locked for 14 days: no nasty surprises.
Is shipping really free?
Yep, both ways. We send you a prepaid label, and if the final offer isn't for you, we send your device back at no cost.
How fast do I get paid?
Within 48h after we receive and check your device. You pick your payment method when you confirm.
What payment methods do you offer?
SEPA transfer, PayPal, crypto (USDT/BTC), or store credit with a +10% bonus to spend on refurbished gear.
Do I need to create an account?
Nope. You can quote, sell, and track your buyback with a single secure link, no account ever needed.
What if the actual condition differs from what I declared?
We make you a new offer, clear and itemized. You accept it, or you get your device back for free. Never any hidden charges.
How do I prep my device before shipping?
Back up your data, do a factory reset, and turn off the locks (iCloud, Google account). We walk you through it all in our guides.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Every device we buy back is permanently wiped, and your payment details are encrypted end to end.
Can I sell a brand-new device that's still sealed?
Absolutely, and it's actually what gets you the best price. In the condition questionnaire, pick "New, never used": we buy it back at the current new price minus 8%. Keep it sealed, or at least never activate it, to lock in that rate.
How is the price for a new device worked out?
We start from the current retail price of your model — the price it actually sells for today, not some old launch price — and take 8% off. And you'll never get paid less than what a used device in mint condition (grade A) is worth.
Do I need to keep the box and accessories?
It's not required, but it's all upside for a new device: a complete, sealed set locks in the best price. For a used device, what really matters is its actual condition.
